The Lightworks, Finchley
Henley Real Estate was a shareholder, and partner, in the delivery of nine exquisite apartments in North London. The project had a GDV in excess of £12m and all apartments were sold within three months of practical completion.

Valley Centertainment, Sheffield
Situated in the Don Valley, Centertainment, Sheffield, was developed in conjunction with the Sheffield Development Corporation. The £30m scheme is home to Cineworld, Hollywood Bowl & a host of family-name restaurants.
Fountain Park, Edinburgh
Developed jointly with Scottish & Newcastle, in the west of Scotland's capital city, Fountain park incorporates a state of the art multiplex cinema, family entertainment centre and national/international restaurants. Fountain park was a £38m development.
Finchley Lido, London
This £13m development represented a complex joint venture with the London Borough of Barnet. Due to the site constraints, a multiplex cinema was engineered above the bowling complex, together with a new indoor swimming facility for the wider community.
